DEAD AS A DOG.
The authorities in the Bolivian military routinely snatch up stray dogs, tie them down, and stab them.It's not euthanasia--it's done for sport!There are documents which prove our own military(the U.S.) has trained the Bolivian army, though I hope and pray we(U.S.) are not guilty of committing, or assisting in committing, these atrocities.I cannot bring myself to actually watch the video you may choose to watch, when you click on the link, below, but at least have a heart, and write the authorities(a pre-written e-mail form is already provided--please add your own words--and be respectful, even though you will understandably be upset--cursing will not help this cause), to STOP THIS BARBARIC PRACTICE!
